Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are made with love (and caffeine) right here in Texas.
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships.
During sales, launches, and holidays, processing may extend by 1–2 days.

Flat-Rate Shipping

We keep shipping simple and predictable:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.95 (3–6 business days)

  • Priority Shipping: $9.95 (2–3 business days)

  • Free Shipping: On all orders $75+ (automatically applied at checkout)

Shipping times begin once the carrier receives your package.

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If the address is entered incorrectly, we cannot guarantee rerouting once shipped. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional postage to resend.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is accepted by USPS or UPS, it becomes their responsibility.
If your package is delayed, lost, or scanned as delivered but not received:

  1. Verify the address in your order confirmation.

  2. Check with neighbors and your local post office/UPS center.

  3. If still unresolved, contact us and we’ll help you open a carrier claim.

We are unable to replace orders for packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS/UPS.

Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final

Because all items are custom printed or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color differences due to screen brightness

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

We encourage customers to review sizing charts and product photos before checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery at jeremy@delightfulaf.com

  1. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will gladly replace the item at no cost if the mistake is on our end.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent the wrong item, size, or design — that’s on us!
We’ll make it right with a free replacement.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not begun.
Once printing starts, cancellations are no longer possible.
